Recipe for oven roasted zucchini (so easy)
1 medium zucchini
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375
slice zucchini
put on pan
drizzle each slice with olive oil (just a little) covering slice evenly
salt and pepper each slice
bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and a little crispy
This recipe is delicious and I don't even like zucchini that much!
